Hi , want to buy a mobile for my mom in Rs 14000 was looking at the Motorola G9 , but non of their models available now online for more then a week . Want something with stock android and at least 4GB Ram
Would have gone for Samsung but OS and side loaded apps .

hows the New nokia mobiles ?

The stock android experience is hard to come by these days with smartphone manufacturers injecting their own UIs. Nokia and Motorola with a few models from other brands such as LG are the only ways you can get the stock android experience in under the 15k budget.
While I used quite a lot of Nokia phones in the past, I have limited knowledge about the new smartphones from them since HMD Global took over. As people remember faults more than the good things, one thing to note was that the Nokia 6.1 had a very high number of customers with charging cable issues, you check those on the nokia forums. Haven't heard much since they released the upgraded models so the Nokia 5.3 might just be the one for you. There's also the Nokia 6.2 and LG W30 Pro which fits into your budget if you want other options.

I bought a Samsung M21 for my mom and its a good device.
Lot of apps can be removed and the OS is fine

HMD/Nokia devices are sought of hit or miss these days. If you are lucky, you could get the best mobile experience. But unfortunately that number is 1/100. As earlier user pointed out, Head over to Nokia forums to get a hang of how phones from them are doing.
Dunno about LG. If you can raise your budget then Moto 1+fusion is also a good device.
Replying solely on the criteria of Stock Android Experience.

Wait LG uses stock Android nowadays? Damn that must be killing them. If there's one company who successfully competed with Samsung touchwiz back in the days that was LG, competed and won the most bloated and inconsistent performing race. But if they have stopped using their garbage skin then I'll surely look into them.

I'm on a exact same boat as you OP and I'm looking for my mum too lol. So far shortlisted the like of One Fusion (no compass is a big bummer though), G9 (overall doesn't look bad but a downgrade from G8's 665, OK), and now after seeing all the reports I'm removing the Nokia 5.3. I also have the Samsung M31s on the list, just because stock Android doesn't apparently support call recording without letting the other party know.

Can agree with the lot here. Nokia is either a hit or a miss. Boils down to how lucky you get.
Bought 2 Nokia devices. The 6.1 and the 6.1 plus. Its been 2+ years and the 6.1 is going strong with monthly updates and a stock experience.
The 6.1 plus on the other hand had the emmc issue and crapped out within 10 months. After that had to go to the service center nearly 4 times to get it repaired. The issue cropped up every single time after repair. After using it for 13 months, it got to a point where every restart of the device caused it to bootloop and required a factory reset.

Nokia 6.1 plus user here with the same model being used by the entire family. everybody uses a edge supported back case and a screen protector, my unit has survived multiple falls and bumps. Luck is a factor with regards to issues and servicing, but careful device handling will take it a long ways before any need for an upgrade arises.
