Horizon Zero Dawn PC - 9/10

Completed this earlier and didn't think i would enjoy it this much. Finished the game + dlc on Hard, took about 55 hours and it never felt like a chore. Didn't have to grind or anything as you pretty much explore it all going for the collectibles and doing all quests. Actually liked the story as well and immediately checked out Forbidden West trailer. Sucks it will be PS5 only at first. This is why love PC games as you can play these with all their beautiful glory (even the video below doesn't do full justice).

Made a video of two mech-TRex's fighting! What's not to love.

The game crashed maybe 6-7 times in my 55+ hours. But could be issue with my PC as sometimes it randomly restarts. I too delayed playing because of early news of bad port but found nothing of that sort.

Finished Lords of the fallen on Ps4. The game had so much potential but turned out to be mediocre . Boss fights were good though.
Now playing Dark Cloud (old ps2) game but I am enjoying it.

It seems I have a huge backlog. But here it goes. Started gaming again after a long while, on PC
Finished:
1. Banner Saga 1/2/3
2. Darkest Dungeon (Stopped)
3. Divinity Original Sin

Playing:
1. Witcher 2
2. Return of Obra Din

In Queue:
1. Witcher 3
2. Divinity 2
3. Neverwinter Nights
4. Portal 1 and 2

Anyone played pillars of eternity - deadfire. I have it on steam and wondering if I should start. I played divinity original sin twice and its amazing.

Installed Arkham Knight - Loved the story and the boss fights (Its more tactical and needs patience).
But boi, it is full of bugs. The game would crash for no reason at all.

Installed this week Far Cry - New Dawn and havent yet started playing but given the HD graphics pack, I'm already in love with the game..pink flowers, village fields etc. The game menu itself feels so lively and interactive.

Completed Yakuza 0 couple days back. 70+ hours even without playing mini-games unless a sub story required them. 8.5/10 for me. Felt a chore sometimes but still had lots of fun. Combat and specially story combat was great.

The fight end of chapter of 1 till you face Kuze is great set piece. Recorded just a small part of it.

Already finished Yakuza Kiwami (8/10) yesterday and started Kiwami 2. Thought Kamurocho at night visually looked so good in 0 and Kiwami but Kiwami 2 takes it to another level. Amazing details and visually stunning.

Finished Assassin's Creed Origin on PS4. I'd rate it a 7/10 (generously). Good fighting mechanics but the story lacks the punch. Side missions are completely forgettable and are mostly go to point A, do chore B and return back to point A to talk to the mission giver. This was not the case with Witcher 3 where almost every quest was as good as main story.

My next game would be one of these:
1. Mad max
2. Far Cry 5
3. Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice
4. God of War

I've such a long list of games to finish that its going to be years before I get the PS5 :D

Finished 0 today, but have no intention of jumping to Kiwami immediately.
I'm pretty sure 2077 is going to destroy any progress I've made.
Depends, if you really want to play it now. With the 3-month Xbox Gamepass offer, I am completing the ones which I wouldn't otherwise purchase. Anyway my game library of 600+ across all platforms will never be completed. On the flip side, I will end up getting 2077 when it goes for less than 500 bucks in the future. Same happened with Witcher 3.

Mandatory XKCD

Finished Shadow of Tomb Raider on PS4. I'd rate it 7.5/10. Great graphics on PS4. Finally the story which started many years ago with Tomb Raider reboot comes to an end. Its an evolutionary game and not a revolutionary one. The same exploring, combat dynamics and everything.

Completed Uncharted Lost Legacy. It's a good finishing touch to Uncharted. Now wondering for next title; either Yakuza 0 or Sleeping Dogs.

Evening Edit: Well started with Yakuza 0. At the beginning, I got bored cause of too many cutscenes. However, after finishing chapter 1, story has gripped !

Recovered from COVID and now back to gaming, finally:
