Zotac cards for this series have this issue so nothing much can be done. What you can do is check for the heating issue with the same model variant on google and see what people have done. mostly it is either the air flow in your case or the card itself. also can be caused by drivers. You can also try the underclock method to check if temperature drops or not. finally if nothing works, try to apply new thermal paste or get the card RMA for nearest Service Center.
If you can arrange something like this, it might help.
if its out of warranty then try something like this
its 2070 super and have 5 years of warranty he has applied for the 2 plus year.

I've a 2060 Super Amp Extreme (not the same GPU but for you to get the idea) and it heats up quite a bit as well. Under auto fan curve, it hits ~76°C and even with fans on full blast, it reaches 70°+ anyway. (I've cooler master MB511 with 3 intake and 3 exhaust, with moderate fan curve.)

You can either use aftermarket VGA cooler or G12 bracket + and AIO or deshroud it and put some good 92mm fans on the heatsink.

using since july 2020

this is nice one but may delivery in india might not be available

I think air flow is good after cutting off the front panel of cabinet i think to replace 120mm fan to 140mm noctua fans (old pic without NZXT x73)
not much of a notice for 120 to 140 shift. I have 3 x 120 and 2 x 140 and the 120 is better as they can suck out air form a patch area faster then that of 140 as it covers larger area. I might not make sense but I can feel hot air removed from my cabinate much faster from 120 mm fans. all are noctua fans !
