Nokia phones top Counterpoint's Trust Rankings ...

Its good to see Nokia top in chart, i believe they can re-gain market in India, if these Chinese mobile imports gonna price up !!

I have 3 nokia 6.1 plus and 1 nokia 6.1 .
Awesome phones quality wise .. especially the 6.1 with aircraft grade aluminium unibody.
Lacking behind Chinese and samsung in camera department .
Regular os updates ... 8. . 9 .. 10 now in all the above-mentioned phones .
Regular bi monthly security updates. Updated to September 2020 in above phones as of today .
Stock android and clean user interface and no ads . No bloatware .

Been using a Nokia 6.1 since last September. Had to change out the USB port because it was screwing the charging, and the buggers charged me full price because "there was water damage". Phone itself is great though, just wish the SoC was a little better.

I also have a Nokia 6.1 plus & it works perfectly for its age. It did have the same charging issue as reported by @sid41299 but fixed it by changing the type c USB connector on the phone. Anyways, the thing is this phone was not the best in terms of specification when it launched w.r.t price but it still worked due to the software experience. The problem is the newer generation models kept sticking the older specifications even when the competition evolved significantly. The momentum they gain at the 6.1 series seems to have been lost now & the Indian public has moved on forgetting them. There newer launches are also very underwhelming when compared to the competition & it seems they also have lost interest in our market.

I love Nokia but I honestly wish they were priced a bit lower. I'm not looking for a "cheap" phone like those Chinese ones, I just want a reasonably priced one.

I feel Nokia should also offer 3 major updates like Google and Samsung, being a part of Android One programme.
They also need to get their QA team to task and do more testing before mass release. Or have a proper beta development programme.
