5GHz band issue

After a power outage yesterday, the 5GHz band on the Nokia Router of my Airtel fibre isn't showing up on network scan on any device. The router management page shows it to be active, and its SSID isn't hidden either. I tried changing active band from 80MHz to 20 and the others, but nothing seems to work. What could be the problem here?
 
A quick query, though. Before I perform a hard reset, do I need to save current configuration especially the WAN configuration, ppp_o_e one?
