Comes with original soft case, installed a third-party headband to cover the original one that was falling apart. Third-party ear pads also need replacement, still available on the market however so bringing these to good condition should be easy enough.

Got mine from AliExpress back in the day. There are all kinds of headbands on Amazon India. Headbands and muffs for the ATH-M50X should also fit the ATH-M50 I think.
 
They'd work fine. It's not like the original muffs were super comfortable to begin with. Some after market ones actually feel better imho.
