Selling for a friend.
One of the pins on the USB 3.0 header is broken. No other issues apart from that
Will be packed with a thermocol above and below the box and then bubble wrapped.
Can't comment on whether or not warranty will be rejected or not as the pin is damaged. But its possible it might get passed as these elements dont get checked so minutely AFAIK (unless you are citing USB 3.0 via front connector not working :p)
Shipping risk is on the buyer.
Product is at my friends place, will take a day to 2 to reach my place post payment/token
USB 2.0 to 3.0 adapter will be provided for free.

I guess intead of speculating the warranty part, best option would be to let the op's friend submit it to rma and get a brand new piece and then sell it here.
Sorry mate, my friend doesn't have time to do this. Hence ok to suffer a pretty huge loss on price. As mentioned USB 2.0 adaptor will b provided free.

I'm pretty sure a moderately skilled mobile or motherboard repair guy can fix this without making the solder at the back of the board look tampered with. (so no RMA issues arise).

I feel I could fix this too but I can't guarantee the behind of the board looking great (partly because I have a basic soldering iron, not the precision, temperature controlled one the guys that do PCB level repairing have)

Enjoy your Sunday, all!

Do not risk it at else you will lose it all.. A matured buyer will simply ignore this tame issue!

It is better to sell as it is. Your pricing is close to 60% of new one. So buyer effectively getting out of warranty price with very high chance of accepting RMA in future(if needed). Probably giving a decent testing warranty period may also be fine. As long as buyer uses it with very good PSU it should last longer than warranty period.

Update: My friend is now open to discuss repair of the pin if the buyer is ready to pay more. If interested do DM me, will try to work something out.
