Budget 0-20k 2k Monitors

Good morning,
I'm looking for a good 2k or 4k monitor nearly 27 inches with at least a refresh rate of 75hz, this monitor will be used for WFH purposes so reduced eye strain is welcome. Along with atleast 2 HDMI ports (considering we have a firestick that'll be used along with the monitor for movie purposes) and will perhaps be used for gaming too. The max the budget can stretch is till 30000 but would like to buy it cheaper if possible. Also regardless of the price an EMI plan would be used to buy the product so recommending everyone to refrain from sending links to Techenclave "buy sell trade" listings (unless they are open to EMI options).
 
Under 30k you can easily grab the LG ULTRAGEAR 27GL850. It’s quite an amazing monitor with 2560*1440 res with 144hz and gsync compatible.
The color’s on it are quite good too.
It just might fulfill all your needs
If you check right now on Amazon india. It’s available for 27000 before adding any offers.
Have a good luck if you do in fact go ahead with this option. On the other hand you could try for ASUS VG 27AQ which goes about 2-3k above your 30k budget. But maybe slightly cheaper if combined with offers.
