Graphic Cards Advice on Zotac Warranty

Hi guys i just wanted to know if this will cause an issue for warranty claim... i have never sent a gpu for rma to zotac so no idea how it works, so would need your advice on this...

So I have a Gtx 1660 super on sale bought from another TE Member, the invoice mentions it as gtx 1660 and not gtx 1660 super and there's no mention of serial number on bill , but the card was registered for extended warranty, The serial no in the extended warranty Mail and the Gtx 1660 Super are the same... and 1 more thing the invoice that i have is just a photo taken of invoice and saved as PDF...

I sold my GPU to a friend who then sold it to other guy. when that guy went for RMA he was asked to send an enquiry from the email ID that the card was originally registered so you need an email conformation. I am from Lucknow and there are cases when no email was asked by RMA team but keep in mind you might not be that lucky.
 
I RMAed my 1050 TI twice in Delhi. On the first occasion about 4 years ago they didn't ask for the bill and only asked for the printout of the email confirmation. On the 2nd RMA which I did in Jan this year they did ask for a copy of the bill. Not sure about the email access as I did it with my own email. As far as the serial number my bill from cost to cost didn't have the number on the bill and there were no issues as the serial number is registered on the Zotac website.

Did you get a brand new card as replacement or refurbished? I've heard a few ppl getting lucky with upgrades as well if the exact model is not in stock
