Amazon India lightning deals

Not returnable can still be replaced. If you click it this is what it says. But like I said somewhere else, they've started sending out techs to validate the need for a replacement, which isn't ideal.

I got disconnected 3 times when I tried to call them because that is the only way you can do a return on an item that is marked Not Returnable.

So I had to explain my problem to 4 different agents. The last Agent I told if this call gets disconnected you call me back, because I am not going to
explain my problem to a 5th person.

If I see item is NOT RETURNABLE I will avoid it at all cost in future. I strongly believe they only doing this to products that are returned or faulty products and give some big discount hoping the customer will not return it or see that its faulty too late. (only 5 day grace period after which Amazon will likely not accept the return)
 
I recently ordered some household items from amazon, upon receiving the package once I opened the box I discovered that one of the item was missing, I reported it to chat and they opened an investigation for the order after 6 times transferring chat to each other which took no less than 15-20 min and told me to contact in 4 days. I contacted them after 4 days ie yesterday and after transferring the chat again 6-7 times to each other and wasting like 20 minutes of mine the last person told me there is no investigation open for this order. I got frustrated and I immediately told him that amazon has lost the one thing which made it this big "Customer Support" and replacing a Rs. 200 item is not worth the time it requires hence I am not going to contact again.

This will only get delivered to Jeff Bezos .

Deliverable in Delhi, at least to my pincode.

But I don't see what's good about this. It's BT 4.1, only 6 hrs backup claimed, actual's gonna be lower and finally the price is only 200-300 less than regular. I can find better ones from local brands.
