Suggest a chair

I use the green soul chair.. its good as in has a sturdy build, fabric upholstery and not the leather material which is good in summers, all kind of adjustments for arm rests n back tilt etc.

The only thing I hate about the chair is that the arm rests are not soft enough for my liking and that causes some pain to my arms..

Are you using the Greensoul Jupiter?

GreenSoul Jupiter

How is the quality of the base of the chair and the castors?

Very good, have it personally but go through this thread for a full experience/review from my side and others including aftersales support.

Anyone here using this Featherlite chair:

Featherlite Liberate Ergonomic Chair

I have a friend who is using this and says it's very comfortable but he is always in an air-conditioned room when using the chair. In my case not always will I have the AC turned on so what I wonder is will a mesh back be much better than the full solid cushion & cloth back?

If mesh is better I can just go with this model then:

Featherlite Astro High Back Mesh Ergonomic Chair

In all honesty though the Liberate model looks so much more comfortable, maybe it's the cushioning that makes it look that way.

I'm currently using a Transteel chair. They were quite a bit cheaper (~10k) before the wfh boom in 2020. Quality is ok.

I can vouch for Featherlite as well (my sister has a an Amaze which I use as well).

Also have heard of liquidation sales where you can get extremely good examples for much cheaper than market rates.

My friend used to have the Astro before he went abroad. Pretty comfortable, even in hot and humid summers. The only thing is that the mesh collects a lot of dust (I mean a lot).

As for the Liberate, it looks like it'll start getting hot much quicker (had a similar cushioned back chair in office). Best thing to do would be to try these chairs out to judge their comfort if you can find a Featherlite store nearby.

Been using this as the primary chair since Aug 2021. Has been one of my best investments yet.

Coming from a wooden dining table chair the comfort and adjustments make it an amazing experience. No issues faced yet. The back does get a bit hot during the summers if the AC isn't running but apart from that no other caveats.

Would recommend to go for this if your budget permits.
