ICICI credit card rewards redemption

I got offered a free lifetime rubyx credit card a couple of years ago and signed up for it. But I haven't been using it much.
A couple of month ago they sent some changes wrt their rewards redemption and saw I have accumulated 5000+ points and decided to redeem an Amazon gift card.
Unfortunately it seems to have stuck on the checkout page. I tried on different browsers but that didn't help. Anyone on the same boat or is it just me facing this?
 
I will have to figure out how to get edge on linux/mac as I don't own a windows machine. I did try on chrome/firefox/safari and it did not work.
 
Nothing helped, tried on chrome without any extensions. Still cant click "Proceed to Checkout"

I managed to try on edge browser on a windows machine. It's even worse with that - the above page failed to load.
 
Maybe try using their mobile app?

If not available, then try using a private window on chrome, which should disable most addons (unless you have allowed them to run in incognito window). If there's any proxy/custom dns server running in your house, or sure you disable them. Also try using mobile data.

If none of the above works, then there's a bug in their site and you should try talking to customer care.
 
IN such situation I have found that mobile browsers (on phone) work flawlessly! Try that. Try desktop mode on phone as well works just like as a desktop!
 
After their recent changes (they stopped working with Payback), I was unable to redeem points until I confirmed my email address.

I haven't checked it then but that's the popup I was getting. Best bet would be to contact your Relations Manager or Customer Care.
