Budget 21-30k Upgrade an old machine using existing components

Hi All, I'm out of touch with Desktop computer as I'm using laptop for long time (2nd Gen I7 gaming laptop) so pardon for my ignorance.

Laptop is struggling with cs go fps to max 40,even in low settings, so thinking of upgrade my old desktop to max budget of 25 INR ( lesser the better). A friend of mine coming from OZ so thought of bringing few stuff as there are few deals going on.

Old machine has (Intel DG965RY board) so assuming ATX board) so want to use the case and Monitor MSI Optix G241

Here are the pic of the case, motherboard and PSU.

PSU thermaltake tt-450nl2nk ( Will this handle Ryzen 5 5600g) - Brand new never used as after replacing PSU didn't use pc at all.

There are some deals in AUS for ryzen 5 5600g processor ~AUD169 ~ 8700 INR

MB : ASUS PRIME B450M-A II AM4 Micro-ATX Motherboard ~AUD 89 ~ 4539
Need Wi-Fi or should i go with MB with Wi-Fi.
MSI B550M PRO-VDH WiFi AM4 mATX Motherboard ~AUD 169 ` 8700

RAM : Kingston FURY Beast Black KF432C16BBK2/16 16GB (2x8GB) 3200Mhz DDR4 ~ AUD 89 ~ 4539

SSD: Kingston NV1 M.2 NVMe SSD 500GB ~ AUD 57. ~ 2907 (Should i go for M.2 NVMe or M2.SSD. Not sure which one are better almost similar price)

Also will connect old 3.5 Inch SATA drive as storage (500GB) if PSU can handle.

Is this case can fit m-ATX board or only ATX. No GPU at all and no intention to upgrade for next 2 years.

Usage : I Play CS go (Med to High settings), watching you tube and vlc player for 1080p movies.

Alternatively thinking to purchase processor, RAM and SSD there as it is small and easy to carry and buy motherboard here, if MB is bigger to carry. Will it cost similarly here to assemble? worth the risk for warranty?

I assume customs wont be issue if he removes the packing.

Please suggest.

The pricing on processor, motherboard and RAM is very good. Warranty is definetly an issue. If deciding to buy from Australia, you should ask you friend to atleast assemble the computer there and check that computer is atleast booting and both RAM sticks are getting detected. This will substantially decrease your chances of getting Dead on Arrival components. Once that is tested, you should not have problems for 2-3 years.

@vaibhavyagnik Will current PSU can handle 5600g? My concern is the case should i go for m-ATX or ATX as the older one is more than 15 years machine. Not sure which one will fit?

I will ask him to see whether he can check it in the shop whether they are working or not.

m-ATX is definetly going to fit. 450W is enough for 5600G

thanks for suggestions. I have decided to buy MB locally and getting other parts from overseas ryzen 5600g, Kingston Fury beast 2*8gb, Samsung 970 evo plus nvme gen 3

I'm thinking of getting GIGABYTE B450M DS3H (pcpricetracker.in). No intention of upgrade except RAM or adding SATA, No overclock. Not bothered with RGB lights.

Is this suffice for my needs? I mean csgo at higer fps can be handled?
