Memory- 2x8 GB 3200 Mhz CL16 - 4.5K
GPU- RX 6600 -23K
SSD- Crucial P3 1TB- 6.3k
PSU- XPG Pylon 650w-4.3k
Case- Ant Esports ice 100- 3.3k
Total- 69k
For the GPU, you can consider a used RTX 3060 Ti as well, which is much more powerful than the RX 6600.

I was able to configure a 6700XT-5600 build for around 75k (no SSD but 32gigs of RAM).

You can tweak it slightly but basically 5600-6700XT is the best bang for the buck right now.
Edit: You can also got for a cheaper B450M board to save more money
