Budget 90k+ Need advice for Mid Range PC Build

Planning to buy a new pc. Upgrading from an old HP laptop. Please provide input on the following list. I am not sure if the following list is optimal.

For 12k, wouldn't a B550 mobo make more sense?

Looks okay otherwise. Comes down to OP's choice of Intel or AMD.
 
If it's mostly for gaming, then the 5800X3D is a better option for you. Obviously, it does not have the multicore grunt that the 13600K has.
I would suggest getting an AM5 build now, as it gives you a better upgrade path, so that you can upgrade to a future X3D chip.
For the case, consider the Lancool 216. It has similar airflow, and costs 1k cheaper.
Stay away from the Deepcool AIO. It isn't worth it, and performs poorly. Get the Deepcool AK620 instead.

I am probably not upgrading in the near future.Is AM5 really worth it for the future? Cause right now I think intel offers more performace and also ddr5 is expensive.

Isnt XPG core reactor better than the thermaltake toughpower DF one?

Also, kindly offer some input on the motherboard for the i3 13600k? I want to go with ddr4 as it is cheaper.

AM5 is worth it if you are planning to upgrade in a year or two. V3D cache CPU (7800X3D and other possible variants) will certainly trounce anything Intel can offer in gaming. You can keep everything and just swap out the CPU and get great gains. Also DDR5 is not as expensive as it was at launch. Check current prices.
If you are sure that you don't want the latest and fastest and will stick to the same build for the next 4-5 years, then Intel makes sense at present.

AFAIK, XPG core reactor is better. Still, check "PSU tier list", just to be sure.

And get a board that fits your budget and requirements, like audio chip, nvme slots, usb ports, other required slots.

DDR5 is not expensive anymore. Its only about 4k more than DDR4, so cost isn't an issue with DDR5 anymore.
For gaming, the 7600X and i5 13600K are similar. You do lose out on the 8 E cores of the 13600k, but unless your requirements comprise of multi threaded workloads, there isn't going to be much of a difference between the CPUs.
AMD has promised an upgrade path timeline for the next 4 years as well, so all you'll need to do is swap out your CPU.
For the 13600K, you can consider the MSI B660 PRO A (will need a BIOS update) or the Gigabyte Z690 UD/MSI Z690 PRO A.
 
Just chiming in here and agree with the opinion that if you're executing a new build you can go the AM5 route as i feel the platform is certainly more affordable than it was at launch. You can get a non-X 7000 series CPU and later if you need you can upgrade to X3D chip for gaming performance gains.

Also a bit off topic and if someone can educate me on this, but why the most expensive nVME SSD like Samsung 980s when the workload isn't going to be anyway taxing on the SSD?

This is an excellent build recommendation, the only change I would make is
1) Skip the 2TB hdd to save 5000 cash and funnel it for a better gpu
2) Radeon RX 6800xt 16gb gpu- much superior performance compared to 3070ti, double the vram, and presently at an irresistible price of 58900, with 2 free games under AMD raise the game offer.

As per Tom's hardware gpu hierarchy chart
1) At 1440p ultra settings, 6800xt gives 20fps more than 3070ti
2) At 4k ultra settings, 6800xt gives 15 fps more than 3070ti
I feel this gives more headroom for this system configuration
