Flipkart deals

It is probably a used GPU. Check the seals on both sides of the box. If the box is not sealed then reject it. People have got used GPU's in such so called 'steal deal'.
No returns is deal breaker. And flopkart delivery guy's nakhras can put bollywood heroines to shame if you take more than a few seconds to inspect open box / product. My GF told me her uncle ke driver ka beta ka dost got MSI Ventus 3 fan 3060 12gb OC at 30k offline. 2 fan ones are going for ~27.5k.
Thanks guys, I’ll keep a keen eye on the box and the card. I’ll record the whole thing. I haven’t had a bad experience with FK yet, even with 1L+ items. Let’s see how this one goes. Their local fulfilment office in Gurgaon is right behind my house, if there’s any issue I’ll go sit on their head. If all goes well and if Citibank allows I can pre-close the EMI and get another 2k off.

the things I do for the thrill of a deal. lol.

You don't have to worry much about flipkart. You need to worry about the ekart guyz. Even flipkart are helpless against these ekart guyz. Bhut manmani kartey hai ye log.

Delivered just now. Box sealed from both sides, even the card’s anti-static bag was sealed. Card has all the plastic wrapping, no scratched dents or bending. Seems like a new card.

Not sure if I explicitly called it out before, seller was RetailNet.

Will plug it in and test after breakfast. Happy Sunday to all!

That's great. Used GPU's don't have scratches, bends, dents or any performance issues that's why it is very difficult to identify. 6 months old GPU's look absolutely pristine, so the seal on ths box is the only way to confirm. Congrats for the deal. It is surely new with full warranty.

Ordered an ASUS mouse from Flipkart yesterday since it was going for a good price. Seller was RetailNet.

Received the package today with the seal already broken. Wireless receiver was missing in the package.

This is completely on me for not checking it despite so many complaints. Last electronics purchase from Flipkart. Thankfully they had return option, so I have asked for a replacement (no refund option).

Because one can not always be present at time of delivery. The person accepting the delivery did check for a working laptop but was not capable of checking brand and model to cross verify. Also, the delivery agent refused to even wait for all the checking, claiming he was behind on his deliveries and that if there’s any issue we should call him. This is on camera along with audio.

Regardless, I disagree with your contention that Flipkart is not at fault here. Open box delivery and other such anti consumer policies are just that - internal policies. They have absolutely no bearing on the law. There is an implied and actual contract for exchange of goods where in I have paid a certain amount of money for a specific product. In this case the basic terms of this contract have not been fulfilled. What they have done is literally the definition of fraud.

Therefore, I am not only comfortable but also confident in taking legal action if it comes to that. Furthermore, I am also in a good position to file a chargeback with my credit card company if I choose to.

Update: Flipkart are now willing to accept a return along with a Full Refund. No replacement option. I am also allowed to keep the wrongly delivered item at my discretion.
AFAIK Charge back wont work as you bought by submitting OTP.

Update: got a replacement and got a sealed pack this time.

In another update, I had ordered a realme plug. After the mouse incident, I became paranoid and checked its return policy. It said service center replacement within 7 days. And it had no open box delivery, delivery person refused to hand over the package without getting OTP. So basically you can't ask them for a replacement for a faulty product, and yet you're not even allowed to check the product at the time of delivery. Your only option is to find a Realme service center and hope that they accept your replacement request, in case something goes wrong.

Its their main official seller - retailnet so chances of a fake are unlikely.
Far too frequent for me, if I go by such instances with Retailnet in this thread only.
Great deal though if folks get the genuine item but definitely tread carefully, really carefully.
