Just Bought IQOO Z6 Pro But Need a 3.5mm Adapter.

I have seen many USB C to 3.5mm Audio Adapter. Even used one from Samsung But they all last a month or so.
If you are using any such good adapter under INR 1000.. cause what's the point in going above it. Please mention. Thanks.

Maybe go for Venture Electronics - https://www.headphonezone.in/products/venture-electronics-abigail. Abigail or Avani depending on which sound signature you want (Bright vs Warm)
The only reason people go above 1000 is they come with better DACs, so you will get higher quality audio.

Hey.. Thanks for the reply. I didn't want to go above 1000... cause what's the point. Better buy Wireless Earphones by adding some more;). I checked your mentioned adapters but most user reviews said they lasted a month or so. SO.. I went with AGARO USB-C to 3.5mm adapter. Got it for INR 100 from Amazon.

They work great. Reviews were more or less favourable. Don't know how much time would they last but Sound Quality is great. Thanks.:)

Okay, I have a Venture Electronics Odyssey and it is good quality, has lasted me for a year. But perhaps not for those models. Anyway - can't go wrong for 100 :)

Checked Odyssey and it looks really good. Would have bought it if it was available. Do you know any site which sells Odyssey..? And True.. Can't go Wrong with 100.:angelic:.
Actually it was a flash sale.. INR150. It's Regular Price was around 600. And had an Amazon Coupon of 50.:D.

I had read somewhere they stopped selling those in 2022, so it will be difficult to find now. Unless you can manage to source one from AliExpress.

Why not try apple's type c to 3.5mm? Its the best under 1000. There are some compatibility issues with some samsung phones so check properly before you buy.

No it's not best. I bought it and it was very bad. Total output reduced and sound was nowhere clear as my TWS i was using. I tried it on different phones costing 17k-90k and it sounded as bad as it gets. Apple should stop selling it as this one is not even close to a least quality Apple product's standards.

Good ones with dacs are: (Having dac usually means higher sound quality or atleast same, cheaper ones decrease sound quality, also mic may or may not work with these as well.)
1. kinsound one form amazon
2. apple type c to audio jack
3. samsung type c to audio jack (almost always out of stock though)
4. Abigail or Avani (already suggested above)

I am also looking for one. ref: https://techenclave.com/threads/usb-dac-usb-c-to-3-5mm-headphone-port.214555/#post-2467744

@singenaadam How is the Sounce one holding up?

@Elix3r I am inclined to go with the Kinsound one if it is much better than the Sounce one.
https://www.amazon.in/Kinsound-Headphone-Adapter-Connector-Compatible/dp/B09WKDFVBZ

I need support for mic for work calls (google meet/ teams etc)
At that cost of kinsound, I would rather get abigail/abigail pro.
Much more reputed, although both should work for your requirements.

How do the Abigail ones compare to Avani?

Will these work with headphones with mic for Google meet / Teams calls and all?

Sounce is fine. No issues.

The AudioStore. In support informed me that the Avani DAC will not work with headphone Mic.

All are very similar, Abigail was the most popular one, avani is said to be a bit more brighter (treble) than abigail, but that might not be noticeable.
Yes they are good for mics, your sound quality will depend on your mic more than these.

@Elix3r So they should work ok with headphones with mic? I mean the headphone mic will be usable for calls and meet/teams?
