With more load you will have more fluctuation when inverter/ups will switch to battery when electricity goes off. So ultimately it will take time to switch and provide instant power.....that's why u see fluctuations when inverter takes load and i'm guessing that when an inverter works as ups it's load capacity will decrease. Do check if this is also the case.

Care to elaborate, what model do you have and at what load did you experience the difference?
Ya it's powering some other Household Appliances and I get no issues when any of my 1 system is connected. Now After connecting UPS to my Second system the issue seems to have resolved for me.
