Meshify c , if you can extend your budget 4000d was going for ~6k !

Zeb woodan if you are into small form factor cases...has excellent cooling capability for its size. You can get one for 5-5.5k shipped on amazon and some other sites.

Deepcool CC560 (ATX) Cabinet comes with 3x120mm fans in the front and a 1x120mm fan in the rear. Goes for about Rs.3800 in Nehru Place, Delhi and about Rs.4K online. The fans are ARGB though.

Sorry I forgot to mention that my 5k budget was including 3 fans, two front and one back.

If you could give suggestions for fans too that'll be nice

My suggestion is for Rs.4K only with 4 fans. Great airflow too. Totally fits in your budget. It has space to install more fans on the top.

If the fans are ARGB, you can simply turn RGB off in the software. Or disconnect the RGB cables.
Deepcool CC560 or Ant Esports 220 Air, both are good cases

I recently got myself a Cooler Mast K380 case for around 3100/-
The main purpose of getting this case was because I needed as many HDD bays as possible as it was going to be a NAS build. The case looks good, has 1 fixed red color fan at the front but is covered by the mesh so it's very subtle to the eyes.
As for airflow, it comes with 1 fan at the front as I said, you can add a fan to the rear like always. Apart from this, there is support for a fan at the top as well as bottom. And also one fan can be added to one side which has a clear view inside, so there's fan mounting holes on the plastic-glass thingy. If you want, I can share photos of the case, it's really good !

Check out the NZXT H510i. Should cost around 6K and is worth the extra bucks!
