If you have the original box and bubble wrap or even a lot of newspaper to cover the board and do not allow movement room inside you'll be fine.
Also if shipping by air remove the CMOS battery. I say remove it anyway to minimize electrical damage of any kind.

PS: I see in pic you've put the mobo on the ESD bag. DON'T DO THAT! That's exactly where static charge gets collected and sits. Putting the mobo on top of it completely defeats the purpose of the ESD bag. It's meant to only put the board inside to protect it from static charge outside.
 
In talks with the seller. I am posting since he doesn't have time right now.

The seller last used the board 2 months ago and since he can't test it right away and he is busy as well and I also need it before 20th March, we both have decided that he will be shipping it tonight or tomorrow and when I receive it, I will test it and if everything is fine, I will pay him then. He will be packaging it carefully and using Delhivery Air or DTDC Air. I will be making an unboxing video just in case.
And he has agreed to take 100 percent risk himself.

I hope I didn't miss anything. Just leaving this post here and I think he may confirm/correct(if needed to correct) it in 1-2 hours.
 
Update.
The deal is not happening. We cancelled it mutually due to time constraints from my end.
Other members may contact OP for the board.
