Graphic Cards Lubricant for GPU fans.

I will try this on some of the 120x38mm fans by the weekend. I have given sewing/machine oil a shot once, it's a bit thin and works, would this be thicker than that

Seen many miners using this oil. This one is good. Also synthetic engine oil 10W-40 can be used.

If you go into silicon as base, than this spray is also good. But silicon has dust attracting properties. So I'm not in favour to use them. But yes silicon will do the maintenance job.

Yeah. It felt like Durex Lube. Machine oil is thinner.

NO, just don't, used it for removing rust. It's more of a degreasing agent. Used it on some spare bearings and it completely removes any grease rendering the bearings useless for me.
Ah, okay. Though it is used as a lubricant for small jobs, looks like it is not appropriate for constantly moving parts. Machine oil of the sort you get with beard trimmers etc. sounds more appropriate.

Sewing machine oil should work. I had made the mistake of using coconut oil and machine oil for lubricating mom's sewing machine. But it gummed up badly. Then someone suggested sewing machine oil. I asked the person at the tailoring spares shop about this and he said that only sewing machine oil should be used for lubricating sewing machines as it is thinner in consistency than the machine oil available in hardware shops for heavy equipment. He also warned never to use parachute/coconut oil.
Due to the thinner consistency of sewing machine oil it should work for case fans too.

i think the best thing for lubrication , good conductor is the machine oil which is used by tailors. i have used that myself and so far working pefectly . using greese based lubs will only attract dust.

Can confirm I also have used sewing oil on some of my PC fans having slow rotation. Fans rotation increased instantly after using the oil. Just make sure to use only tiny amount and seal it properly .
