Would only say in todays world even a roadside illegal pan tapri has its own fancy website offering cod and deliveries, forget about IT shop as only prominent names actually have a functional website with live stock update and customer care.
Just last yr I was looking for something and found at jaw-dropping rates on few shop sites so ringed them and they replied "Sir website stock is hardly updated, please visit our shop for details and to place order or ring us what you looking for"
