I got my 12k Ryzen 5600 yesterday. Everything looks fine! Haven't tested it yet as I'm planning on buying the mobo and stuff this weekend.
Flipkart had just put the processor box inside a carton. No bubblewrap or airbags.

One thing of note is that the import date is June 2022. probably they are clearing out old stock so they are giving such low prices.

I ordered a Ryzen 5600X from Amazon in the recent Summer Sale. The processor box (sealed) was shipped in a medium sized brown paper bag/ envelope without any trace of bubble wrapping inside.

The Importer is Tech Data Advanced (Mumbai) and the Month & Year of Manufacture is 11/2022.

For professionally packaged products, no additional layer of packaging is required. They are meant to be shipped in those boxes.

The actual product is always firmly locked in place in a good package. This means it can't move around. So any additional layer will only protect the outer box, not the product itself.

Edit to add: If the product is not locked in place, then the outer layer still won't do anything for it. The product moving inside the package itself is enough to damage it.

Sellers are trying to clear their old inventory. As AMD/Nvidia would be launching newer products especially GPU's.
That is also the reason why we were able to find RX6700 for 20k.
