Yup I'm just waiting for final green flag by mods regarding both invoice and cabinet and what they have to say. I'll just consider I got scammed and take it as a lesson after that
the thing is you dont actually want to return the motherboard back because you are well aware that you will not find a better price. Mod clearly posted, you can return and i will transfer the funds back. But you were just sitting and did nothing just because you had no intention to return the motherboard back or you might have already started using it.

I gave you the option to return the board or to keep the board without invoice, you yourself chose to keep the board, now what is the point of posting this when you have already made your final call.
But if you just want to create fuzz then keep posting.

Since @bloomfield295 has already decided to keep the invoice, arrangements need to be made to get the motherboard back as well.
Then send him the refund first.
And he will send you the motherboard after you decide on your few things.

When you can't email a simple invoice, what guarantee is there that you will actually refund him? He has trusted you with making advance full payment, agreed to refund the cabinet (which you didn't return in time for him to claim transit insurance).

Now it is your turn to trust him. Else email him the invoice.
Simple as that, no need to complicate it.

17.2k for a motherboard with no warranty and the motherboard with full warranty and invoice cost -20500 I wonder i wonder which one I'll choose. As for your comment regarding me using your motherboard check pics below(every single thing that came with mother board is still untouched packing, filling, accessories mobo)
Also mods also gave you good option of refund first then I'll ship it and you can clear all your issues i wonder how you managed to skip it.

I highly doubt you and especially your parcel packing skills, because you have already sent me a cabinet which got damaged from two sides. So i will not transfer the amount to you directly but i am ready to transfer the amount to a moderator if he agrees. Once i transfer the amount, you will have to ship the motherboard back to me with entirely your responsibility of it reaching me in the condition that i sent you. Once i get the parcel back, i will open it right in front of the camera, will make a full video.

-In case the motherboard gets damaged in transit, the mod has to refund me entirely.
-If there is any problem with the motherboard that is caused by you, the mod has to refund me entirely.
-If there are any bent pins or any accessories are missing, then again i wont be able to accept the motherboard and will send it back to you at your cost and the mod has to transfer me the back my full amount.
-You transferred me 17.2k for the motherboard with shipping, i will transfer back 16.9k to the mods, i will not bear the shipping charges.

As for the cabinet deal, i agreed at 4500rs for psu + cabinet, price for each component was never decided. as you cabinet got damaged in transit, it does not means i am buying your psu for 3600rs. So i will send you your psu and cabinet back too or if you want me to keep the psu and cabinet then 3600 which i have already transferred is the best i can offer for both.

If you and the mods agree with all the things that i have mentioned above, only then we can proceed.
As for the cabinet i already printed your full address on its box but it was you who told me to keep it again and not send it because you are not going make much money out of it so stop putting that on me.
The buyer has blamed/accused me of the following without knowing the reality of the matter, all the claims he has been making against me are a result of his tentative thinking and understanding.

I was blamed for not handing over the product to the courier guy
As I have already mentioned I did no such thing, no one called me or came to my place to pick the product up. This is very common these days, those courier pickup guys mark it user not available to hand over the package or something else, this has happened with me, him and others on the forum too. But what he did was blamed all that on me that I am keeping his damaged cabinet as hostage.

Raised Un-necessary Warranty Issue
The product was imported in January 22, and its onsite warranty started in august 22, the product was billed to me on 26th dec 22, got delivered on 1st jan 23.
This was confirmed with a well-known vendor in Indore as well as from ASUS service center ‘you don’t even need invoice to claim warranty on the products on which onsite warranty is applicable. The onsite warranty on the motherboard has already been confirmed by the buyer himself, it is applicable till august 2025 (even without the invoice). So basically, without the invoice too, there is a 27-month warranty period on the motherboard.

Invoice Tampering
I did no such thing, as he mentioned I want to claim 18% gst on that product which he is buying as a second buyer made me skeptical of exactly what he is up to. So, I just asked him to remove my gst tin from my invoice so that I don’t get to face any issues later. But he presented all this in a way as if I was to get him a fake invoice or as if I am into tampering the invoice. He himself mentioned on WhatsApp that been a government employee, he can produce bill for any gst claim, which is something not allowed legally. Then later he denied it and then he told me that he is going to show me a reseller in his books. Then I told him I am not a reseller and I am selling pc parts just as an end user here. Ultimately it is still unclear what he is up to. This why I denied to provide him the invoice.

Lying about threatening to give negative feedback, when I have already submitted positive feedback.
So as soon as I realized that the cabinet has got damaged in transit, I contacted the buyer and mentioned everything. He accepted his mistake and ultimately it was decided that I get to keep the damaged cabinet for no extra cost but just after an hour he called again and told me he can raise a complain against courier service and wants his cabinet shipped back to him.

As for the feedback, I told him as he is new to the forum and was not aware of how to properly pack the products for shipping, I am not going to mention all this on TE so that no damage is done to his profile. But again, he lied, and even mentioned I was threatening him to give negative feedback when I have already given him positive feedback for the broken cabinet deal.

I have relatives in your city and I would like to send them to your location.
Then on the phone he told me he is having some relative that he can send to my place, then later he mentioned, he was going to send someone to explain the issue.

Things To Consider:
  • The motherboard was bought from amazon india who warranty has already been verified by the buyer from asus india website.
  • The buyer has received a brand-new motherboard with a 27 months warranty period based on motherboard serial number. (Even without invoice)
  • He himself submitted positive feedback himself without me asking him to do so.
  • The brand new/never used motherboard was sold at a loss of 29% but when asked to reduce price for a one-year-old psu to at least 40%, he as a seller never agreed.
  • The Invoice is not yet provide because whatever the buyer has to do with it might put me in the problem on a future date.
  • All I ask from the buyer is to accept all the lies he mentioned here. From there on I am ready to provide resolution based on mods suggestion.

But, he has no conditions for the refund, so you can send him the refund first.

He has paid you first for this deal.
He has shipped you items first without payment for another deal.
So he has already trusted you 2 times. Now it's your turn.
You have his address, you need not worry about receiving your board.

-There is some mark on the motherboard you mentioned initially, when I checked there was nothing.
You also admit this mark on the motherboard is an issue.
This mark is also there in your pics in the 1st post. So you need to take back the board and figure out what it is.

You have absolutely NO reason to NOT provide him the invoice. You should have mentioned "Bill not available" while creating the sale thread. Simple 3 words would have avoided all the hassle. You are being unethical here.

I made a mistake and i want to correct it, that is why i am accepting a return.

Produce means submit. Produce doesn't always mean create, like how a cow produces milk. For eg. court can ask you to produce evidence for some case or such. For audits, you need to produce bills showing your expenses. That doesn't mean you will Photoshop one and give it. Ask your CA friend, he will explain it properly.

Since English is none of our mother-tongue, you shouldn't take everything at face value.

I'll not bother replying all the nonsense you wrote this time. Everything has been explained logically with proof by me above yet you're speaking all this rubbish which has been explained to you more than 5 times. If you really need reply read everything again that has been typed by me:) I'll just talk about main points and my conditions.
  1. If you look at your thread you have mentioned 17k + shipping for the motherboard. Yet i payed you 17.2k out of good will.Now for whatever bs reason you want to deduct 300 rs for shipping. So if you're selling your product to me I'm paying for shipping. If you have to take your product back because of the trouble you created yourself you're charging me again. This just shows how greedy you are. Just give invoice or pay 17.2k be done with it. I have already provided enough pics of mother board 23 to be exact
  2. As for psu and cabinet. You made me lose my insurance claim by not shipping the cabinet You changed the price of psu and cabinet on your own after 15 days which is highly unethical. Please just ship the cabinet I'll pay for it's shipping. I can't take psu because you didn't mention anything about it's price before 28th april. The price you want rn (after 18 days) is your own way of getting back to me cause i exposed your deeds

Did you not accept the full payment before shipping the board? or were you like hmmm please test the board take as long as you like go on a vacation and then come back from vacation take a month more then maybe just maybe think about giving the money.

Adding my own comment to the "To be deleted" pool. This guy has been acting in bad faith since the start and if I didn't know better I'd say this is rage bait. He seems to have a fetish for pissing off people and not listening to reason. Should have been banned a week ago for the sake of everyone's sanity. Feel bad for the buyer, but there's not much we can do.
