What's the cheapest decent PSU for a basic PC with total power draw under 100W?
Who is the OEM of those Ant esports PSUs?

I personally wouldn't get anything other than Corsair CV450 at the bottom end.
I have one CX430 which is at least 10 years old, that went through multiple builds and is still working.

If long term reliability is a concern I'd stick with brands which are in the field for long time.

Cooler Master's MWE v2 450 and Corsair's CV450 are good options at the same price point of ~3500. I've been using both models in 8c/16t systems with cpu-intensive, non-gaming workloads for about three years now.

The MWEv2 230v-only models have the highest efficiency of any 450W model in the Indian market at 89% average efficiency at 50% load and 88% at 20% load. For a 90W load (20%) this means a power draw of 102W at the wall versus 106W for the Corsair CV450 which has an efficiency of <85% at 20% load and 86% at 50% load.

Antec's VP450P is a decent budget option at ~2000, it has an average efficiency of <87% at 50% load and >85% efficiency at 20% load. Same with Deepcool's PF450D and EVGA's 450BR at higher price points.

i have been using a cv 450 for my 3300x +1650 super.
even now its working fine with a 6700(granted it only takes 10-20W more).
getting a txm 650 from a fellow te member (in transit).
i would be selling the cv one in a week or so, if u are interested.
also its in warranry till aug 2023.

Gigabyte 450 bronze model PSU also works good has 3 yrs warranty only though but have used it in a home server running for 5yrs straight nonstop barring few power cuts. My home server has intel 16c enterprise proc....forgot the model number as not running from last 1 yr.....but PSU has been very good.
