Case / Cabinets

I agree with you. But if I am talking about me i want to go more small. Right now I am using formd T1v2 which is around 9.9 litres. But i don't want to comprise on the parts, like full sff parts like sfx psu but not the not anything smaller than that as they are not available in Indian market. But yes sff hobby is very pricey.
Totally agree with this. I remember building in Node 202 at 10 lit and it was very exciting. To pack so much power in 10 litres. It was very pricy, I think I paid 15-20k more just for the SFF build. It was easy to travel with that machine, I could just put it in a backpack.

Had to do a few modifications to fit the CPU cooler, sanding down some parts and stuff. Still it runs so hot. But it was an experience.
Does the Zeb's dimensions include protrusions? NR200's does.
I don't know, I just lifted the dimensions from Galax website. I can measure and post here tomorrow if you want.

That's so cool. But with the recent GPU market and Nvidia making the cooler triple slot and more we cannot build powerful battlestations in sff any more.
Like i would love to stuff 4090 in my case but i know none of the model fits.

Eagerly awaiting a case like O11 which can house 4 dedicated hdds apart from ssds.
It can support max three 3.5" hdd assuming it is this O11 case.

Yes but this model feels a bit clumsy compared to its successors..jugadu model tbh.

Although the Zeb Woodan Case is a rebranded Sama IM 01 but you can't expect that the Zebronics used similar quality materials to build the cabinet. I mean which product by Zebronics do you remember which reeks of quality. I guess that would be rare.

One the other hand and similar price bracket to Zeb Woodan, the Asus AP 201 is a fairly good cabinet with quality grade materials. It justifies the price it asks for that reason. Though in a past few weeks I've seen its prices rise a bit than what it was a month back. Maybe due to supply demand since this cabinet is gaining more and more attention.

Another cabinet in a micro ATX form factor for folks who can't choose to go with the likes of Asus, NX200M is fairly decent with okayish build quality. However, as per one folk here, more and more cards with 3 fans are releasing so that would make it difficult to fit in this cabinet. Though this cabinet takes in cards upto 275mm length but you could fit a card around 300mm if you mount the front intake fans on the outside grill instead of mounting inside the case.

Rebranded means just the company name is different, everything else is the same. The build quality is exactly same as compared to SAMA IM01.

Zeb Woodan/Galax Rev03/SAMA SM01 is 21 litres. Asus AP201 is 34 liters.

I dont think these belong in the same category as 13 litres is a lot.

I'm trying to get my hands on a Zebronics Hermes (if I can ever find one in stock). Basically a copy of the O-11. 9K for it seems like a great deal.

What are your thoughts on the CM TD500?

Not that Zebronics is bad or just that its an Indian co., per design and material etc. its a poor mans O11 and just the looks of the original player. Actual performance sucks. If you want it only for looks then install a good AIO.
This cabinetw as selling for 5.8k few months ago.

I guess the actual O11 makes more sense for 12.5K lol.

What about the TD500? I've heard good things about it.

from my own personal experience with the o11 mini.. its nothing but a hotbox.. the sidemounted fans do next to nothing because of the filters and no mesh (the filters stop most of the airflow and because there is no mesh it sucks in way too much dust).. and the bottom is really choked with the limited space + filters.

I've had way better temps with the Lancool 216 and you can make it look equally as good looking as the o11 by spending the additional money on Uni fans, pics attached.

TD500 Mesh is also a good option. have one and is good. you can also look into 5000D airflow from corsair. else Lancool 216 or Lancool II.

What will you be buying or atleast consider?
The open frame cases look interesting. I've always thought such open cases won't be practical due to dusting issue. But now realise it is better than ITX cases, in the sense that dust would be much more accessible to brush off.
I'm getting increasingly lazy to clean my ITX case, as it collects dust in all sorts of hard-to-reach places. If I were to buy, it'd be something like this open case/frame.
