Graphic Cards Weird GPU noise.

My GPU is making a weird buzzing noise. Video.
It is a second hand galax 3070ti. Bought it on Jan, this year, through a fb group. One year warranty was left, according to the seller. Was working fine until a few days ago. What do I do? Pls help.

Fan seems to working fine. Not much dust build-up as well.

why do you want to meddle with the card when warranty exists. just visit service center

service center guys look for the flimsiest reasons to deny warranty
 
It's a common issue in lower tier cards such as 1660 but a bit rare in high end cards.
It is not coil whine, fan is not touching anything either. It is a common issue.
When the GPU is running, touch both fans at the motor one by one to find out which fan is faulty. Your finger will reduce the fan speed and the noise will go. Once you found the faulty fan, just press it a bit. Sometimes the issue will disappear after that.
If not then remove the GPU and press the fan again.
If the issue still persists then submit your card for RMA.
Galax RMA is handled by Kaizen and they don't look for excuses to deny warranty. You will get a replacement or they will change your fan.

I have seen this a lot in 1660's. It also happens due to physical shock so sometimes it just disappears if you press the fan a bit. Touching the fan at the logo (motor) part to find out which fan is faulty is a common practice.

if you have warranty left, rush to service. Galax has decent service afaik. dont mess with it, go for service immediately.
