Fan seems to working fine. Not much dust build-up as well. Its fan noise. Check if the fan blade has came of or the entire fan has loosened..
Good ideaWhen the GPU is running, touch both fans at the motor one by one to find out which fan is faulty. Your finger will reduce the fan speed and the noise will go.
How many GPU's have you seen with this issue? How many have your repaired or RMAed?Good idea
I've had this sort of fan issue with 2 GPUs, ultimately fan died and had to be replaced. How many GPU's have you seen with this issue? How many have your repaired or RMAed?
I have seen this a lot in 1660's. It also happens due to physical shock so sometimes it just disappears if you press the fan a bit. Touching the fan at the logo (motor) part to find out which fan is faulty is a common practice.I've had this sort of fan issue with 2 GPUs, ultimately fan died and had to be replaced.
Couldn't RMA due to OOW.
I agree and I've done this personally but it just didn't came to my mind when replying above.Touching the fan at the logo (motor) part to find out which fan is faulty is a common practice.

It is a second hand galax 3070ti. Bought it on Jan, this year, through a fb group. One year warranty was left, according to the seller. Was working fine until a few days ago. What do I do? Pls help.
