How to make M.2 PCIe SSD work together with SATA SSD + HDD combo?

I'm not able to get my M.2 PCIe SSD working properly.

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600, Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H

Presently I have one 2.5" SSD (OS install) and one HDD configured in AHCI mode. I want to utilize the M.2 SSD for gaming, but it's not working reliably. Sometimes it shows in the BIOS, and sometimes does not. Sometimes it allows write operations, but only for a while, and then it stops.

Not sure what settings I should be using in the BIOS to get all three drives working flawlessly.

Plz suggest a workaround.

Which SSD are you using?
That board page says "Supports only M.2 SATA SSDs when using an AMD Athlon™-series/ 7th Gen. A-series or Athlon™ X4 APU."

You need to find if it is the fault of SSD or the mobo slot & RMA accordingly.

For me, I can just check my M.2 SSD on 2nd M.2 slot of mobo or on my laptop to check if the SSD itself is working. You might have to take the M.2 SSD to a local shop & ask them to check its health & if it is working.

Sometimes a SATA port or two are shared with nvme slot so first remove all sata HDDs and only test the pcie ssd alone by doing multiple reboots/on offs.

After ensuring it is working good, plug-in a sata hdd in a slot not used earlier. And test again.

I have yet to see a mobo having 4 sata ports & still sharing those lanes with a pcie NVMe slot. This sharing only happens on mobos with 6 or more sata ports which is also logical because those extra sata ports come at the expense of sharing lanes.

He is using ryzen 3600 which means mobo m.2 slot supports both NVMe & sata m.2 drives unlike those above mentioned processors which support only m.2 sata drive in that m.2 slot.
