But, any person would have their doubts given that I cannot/have not attached benchmarks or CPU-z screenshots as this was definitely not a planned upgrade. So, to accommodate any possibilities of the issue, I am offering 5 days testing warranty upon delivery of the component at your doorstep. Generational leaps have meant that i3 12th gen has much better performance than 6700k. And i3 12th gen is available for 10-11k. You can price it accordingly.

On the other hand, someone who already has a compatible motherboard without CPU will derive more value from it, and is unlikely to be bought by someone looking for a new system. So that can be taken into account.
