WTB 8GB Desktop DDR4, Low Cost PSU, Gaming Wheel

Hi, I'm looking for the following:

1. A 8GB DDR4 Module for my backup desktop
2. A low cost PSU to go with the setup including an I37100 , GIGABYTE H110M S2, along with AMD 6500XT and 1x 500 GB 7200RPM HDD.
3. Also thinking of buying a decent entry level gaming wheel (maybe a G29, not sure yet), particularly if it does not burn a hole in the pocket, as I'm not an experienced racing gamer. Just keen to explore the option.
