What best motherboard for Intel Core i9-14900K Req. 192GB DDR5, PCIe Gen 5 NVME Support From CPU.

Best depends on your usage.
Tell us more about the usage you will have from this PC.
And if you want absolute balls to the walls best then it would be ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 Hero. But most people dont need that.
For a more practical best with your specs fulfilled, I would pick MSI Z790 Tomahawk MAX WiFi or the ASUS ROG Strix Z790-F. Keep in mind with Asus ROG you are paying extra for ASUS brand name, with no major additional benefit.

Second this, gigabyte, MSI work fine, skip ASUS tbh (Just my personal preference)

Absolute balls to the walls would be the MSI Z790 Godlike. Nothing comes close.

OP seems to have not replied yet.

I have been using ROG Z790-H, no issue there for me with 14700KF.
 
If you can tell what you want the pc is been used for ,it will be very specific to understand will you require a highend motherboard for overclocking(where you need to spend extra ) or normal will do .I am using gigabyte auros master x z790 .it been 6 month I am fine with it. Still now no issue in performance
