Retain last state on Wipro Smart bulb not working

So, if the light is turned off from the app, and there is a power outage, and when power came back the lights is switched on automatically.
I see the following options but I cannot tap it except the Customised one.

Please help

Okay, I think I figured it out. You need to enable Touch Tone on Panel and then touch Restore memory. You will hear a sound when you tap it and that seems to fixed it.

This is not happening it seems. No problem with Mi LED bulb tho.
