Repair of Refrigerator PCB in Delhi

So the PCB of my Hitachi Inverter Refrigerator has gone bad.
And replacement of the same costs a whopping 18000 bucks.
Selling the refrigerator as is fetches only 3000 bucks.
So looking for any leads to get the PCB repaired in Delhi
