Graphic Cards GPUs won't give a display output

Few days back I got 2 sapphire GPUs, RX 480 8GB and RX 580 8GB. Now these GPUs got a weird problem. As the title says they won't give a display output.
I tried these on 4 different computers and it gets stupid.

1 - R5 7600 + b650 mobo - only 480 gave an output I benchmarked it and it was fine.
2 - i5 10400f + b460 mobo - both GPUs gave display output after dozen of attempts
3 - i7 12700 + b760 mobo - no matter what I tried never got a display output but the PC boots up fine i could hear the window loading sound.
4 - i3 10105f + h410 mobo - no matter what I did no display output.

These GPUs were used for mining, but when I ran them on 10400f system they worked fine with no issues.
But other than that every system i put them in they just don't work.
I was planning on selling them but like this I can't even show them to a buyer.
Any suggestions what could be the issue.

It's best to give them away for free, sharing the reality of their condition, or keep them as backup GPUs. Why sell something that may be faulty?

But the GPUs work completely fine on i5 10400f, benchmark games nothing caused issues. But when I change system I get the issue of no display output.

It's very much possible they have been bios modded if used in mining and that tends to cause issues. You will have to reflash them.
Send a mail to sapphire putting down your issue along with serial number and ask for bios for each. They will mail u back the bios and then flash it.

Where did you plug your monitor?

Try plugging it into the motherboard's display out port, since the 12700 has integrated GPU, you should get display irrespective of GPU. After getting display, see if they are getting detected in Windows.

Don't have access to that system anymore. But will try on another system with igpu.

Okay will check for bios.

I think BIOS is model specific and you can find BIOS online. It is always best to ask the manufacturing company but still you can find them online.
