Remote access Windows system

Me and my wife, both use Windows 11 on our laptops. There is one particular web application that can be accessed only through her laptop as there is some sort of digital signature package installed remotely by the application vendor before she could access the website through the credentials provided by the vendor. Now the issue is that more than her, I find the need and use of that particular application but due to her work schedule and sometimes being away from each other, geographically, it's difficult for me to physically access her laptop.
My main question is, how can I remotely access her laptop log in as a user on her machine, and use that web application without interfering with her workflow? Would the simple remote desktop solution like VNC work in this case or any such solution would mean sharing the same desktop window and wrestling over mouse and keyboard controls?

You'd probably have to use RDP for that. But multiple users at the same time isn't supported on Windows 11 home/pro by default. You could look into RDP Wrapper as a workaround.

If its a personal laptop why not simply swap the laptops between you guys?
Any remote connection app is going to interrupt the existing user sessions prioritizing the new session.

RDS is the thing I could think of here but it will require setting up a server ad etc. and will be a complex job.

Try Chrome Remote Desktop.

Simplest option is to remote into her laptop during her off hours like late nights or early mornings.

Is that web application tied to one windows user alone. Or is it's tied to system, then you can use another windows login user.
Will both of you be working simultaneously on same desktop ?
mousemux ? parsec ?

digital signature package installed
How was this installed ? Why cannot this be installed on your laptop as well ?
If it was a digital certificate installed in the browser, I believe you can export and import it in another browser install.
Otherwise what @variablevector suggested above which will involve patching system file.

It's Amadeus' Selling Platform Connect. Since I'm not IATA-certified or recommended, I cannot get access to it on my own. All I remember from last year's June when it was installed the support agent from the vendor sent her an exe package and installed it on her system via a RDP session. After that, he bookmarked the url for the login page on her Chrome and that's how she and I have been using it since then.
We both work similar hours but I have to stretch mine or defer some tasks for later when her system is free to use it. If Chrome Remote Desktop allows me to access her Chrome and the web app through it, that's all I need.

You too can get that exe from her or the net and ask her to share the url and login info.
I'm sure its not some HW binded tool and if license is the issue you might be able to find it through registry on in one of your wifes emails.

Tried to just wing it directly, but got the error message that a certain DigitalDNA package isn't installed on my machine.

It is an extension. Like a software which is needed for the website to work.

Download and install it from the given link.
It requires a username/password + ID assigned by organization.
If your company tech support is unable to help, then will be difficult to fix, probably login credentials will be assigned only to one 1 node.

What specific options you are looking at ?
RDP streaming should solve the desktop sharing over internet side with parsec.
But that would mean that inside active hours, I'm watching her do her work and cannot do mine. I'm looking for a way to do my work simultaneously as she does hers. Else RDP outside her work hours is the only way when she's away from home.

Windows limits rdp for one user.
You can check whether this product doc is helpful:

Even with this you will have to see whether iata application mentioned here allow simultaneous login.
