My airtel fiber also blocked. I remember many contributors there were from India (including me once upon a time), this either looks to be a mistake or they've lost it.

EDIT: This probably is a cloudflare issue or site maybe under an attack so a temporary block has been placed.

Wow that's great to hear, can you share what you contributed?
I rooted almost every phone I got, learning from there..

I built custom ROMs for Samsung galaxy pop (aka galaxy mini) back in 2011-12 and then later for Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G (the first Note) in 2014-16.
There was a scheduled maintenance period earlier today, and the regional (read Indian) geo-block was nothing but a part of it. For reasons I can't disclose, the team had to extend the blocking phase, but it'll be resolved soon.
That's good to know man, thanks. Yes, I can access the site using NL region VPN.

Offtopic, but is namecheap.com working for you in hathway? Not working for me in Chennai
Works for me on Hathway in Mumbai. But then Hathway uses CGNAT, so a shared public IP. If the Public IP is blacklisted, then you can do nothing apart from wait for an IP refresh or use a VPN.

I encountered this on a few forums where the IP is banned.

Just got my new vi sim delivered and both xda-developers and xdaforums are working for me on VI. I am using dns over tls (cloudflare servers), using dot or doh.
I am using DOT on all my devices after finding out that excitel was hijacking my plain dns queries. dns queries for sites like superuser.com were answered with a delay of 3-4 seconds because they weren't probably cached in excitel's dns servers
