PC Peripherals What wireless mouse is everyone using and how long have you been using it?

Graduated to 3x clicks.
Also left and right both loose selection/ miss if continuous pressing is required.
Could it be a PC issue ?
Also noticing too much typos. KB ???
Day starts with mouse behaving fine, as day progresses it becomes worse.

Okay, it turns out this particular combo (silent touch) had only 1 year warranty which is over, where as my earlier ones had 2 / 3 years.
Suggestion on repairs ?
The only thing that I can think of is what many people have already suggested; to buy your own switches and solder them on/get them soldered.

I've used varios mice (Logitech G102, G304, G pro wireless, Zowie ec2-b, ec1-b, ec3-c, za13-b, za12-b, S1-C, S2-C, Lamzu Thorn, Glorious Model o-, Pulsar X2h, Endgame xm1r, Phylina s450 etc.) over the years but only the logitech ones go through the issue of double clicking in my case(each and every logitech mouse). I had to RMA my g pro wireless 3 times in the span of 2 years. Cheap chinese mice have gotten so good now that it is hard to distinguish from branded ones, for example Phylina s450 and incott ghero are probably 2 of the best built and shaped mice imo. Can't say for sure that they'll last 5-6 years but seeing their built quality they can easily last upto 4 years. Zowie and vaxee are the best branded ones if you want to invest your money on and will last years, but you cant purchase vaxee mouse in india. Razer and logitech, i can't recommend to anybody because of their double click issue & poor service support of razer.

I'm with Logitech M235, just for Green Led Light, as Red/Blue make me feel like headache. The day any other brand/non brand start providing green/white led, will shift to it asap.

This M235 RMAed 3 time and the one I got on third time (2016) lasted till today with some time double click (rarely and may be in between monsoon-winter season)

Using G304 from 2021, got it replaced 2 times in the warranty period and the current replacement unit is working great from the last 14 months. I have used mice from steelseries, razer (both Wired) and each and every mouse has gotten this double click issue. At last i settled with the g304 because logitech's service is great, you instantly get the replacement for the popular SKUs.

Yes, Logitech replacement service is Top Notch, every time they offer me new mouse & new battery, yes, but I was sure that sent for RMA only if issue is genuine and can produce same issue at their service center when they themselves check it physically .

Razer Orochi v2 - Upgraded from Logitech G304, love the shape, lighter, both 2.4GHz dongle + bluetooth.
Logitech G304 - When it developed double clicking, I ordered 2 TTC Gold switches for Rs 200, disassembled the mouse to get the daughter board with the original omron switches and went to a mobile shop that soldered the switches for Rs 100. New switches so much better - its been three years and no trace of double clicking.

Did you have to visit their service center or was there a courier option? I was kinda surprised they didn’t have that many authorized service centres around where I live, considering their popularity.
Service center is 3-4 km away from home. I am not sure but logitech service centers accepts couriers for rma

I handover to my dealer & he further arrange same.

Prior to this, I have had Microsoft Wired Mouse and it too developed double click issue and after contacting service center, they email me address for courier and sent new packed mouse via courier (appx. 2007/2008). At that time MS Service Center head was Handel by very good and co-operative person, who arrange all.

Ah, that's def a plus when purchasing via local dealer if I understood that correctly.

Yeah, MS has that option which is convenient. I'm pissed Logi doesn't.

2007-8 was a different era. I remember around that time my WD hard drive crashed for some reason, within warranty. I didn't have to do a thing except log on to their site and start the RMA process. Pickup was organised and paid for by them, same with shipping the new drive. All I had to do was pack the faulty drive properly.

Nowadays, manufacturers make it a little more roundabout if not downright impossible; from what I've read online at least.
