get a used tiny, it's powerful and better than any SBC you can ever buy.

even some thin clients are better than pi's in terms of CPU performance, plus you get upgradability in terms of memory & storage etc.

Do mention what you intend to do with this machine. If you want a low end headless linux machine to run some services, an used pi for a few k is good enough. If you need access to gpio/dsi/csi, you'll need to use an SBC. If you want to run a gui, use desktop apps (linux or windows), an SBC is not the best choice, a tiny used pc makes more sense in that application.

As i am using jiofiber and which uses dpi, which degrade the overall experience, as I don't have any alternative isp i basically intended to do this,

1)Run openwrt/opnsense to run wireguard with cloudflare warp to route my whole home traffic via wireguard.
2) Nas service to record my mi 360 security camera on a usb and also to stream movie and webseries
3) docker (to run a service named jiotv go)
4)all other home server thing

Desktop gui is optional but i will prefer that over ssh

But most important is that this all should be power efficient, as i am already paying 4k per month for electricity.

Opnsense doesn't support ARM, so the options you have left are either openwrt or x86 hardware.

You're asking too much from an SBC, even from a x86 tiny pc TBH, and the price point for all this is unlikely to be cheap, used. If you intend to run all this on a single device, I'd recommend running proxmox on some desktop/mini pc, virtualizing opnsense on it. If you have just one ethernet port, you'll have to resort to VLANs for networking, and will need a vlan aware switch.

I got an hp t630 for 4500 or so last year. I use it for my home lab, and it's been perfect (powerful enough, very low power consumption, fanless, etc.). I'd recommend considering a higher powered thin client in addition to an optiplex or other tiny pc.

If you think that's going to improve your overall experience then I doubt. Major ISPs like airtel & jio don't really like such deeply encrypted traffic coming from their retail home connections.

how to get dual LAN in that?

USB Lans are strangely working great for me — I use them for Promox's Corosync network. I have them on a Lenovo Tiny, and a HP T610 thin client.
