Screen: Amoled ( the smaller the better)
RAM: not less than 8gb
Storage: Not a concern, 128gb or 64gb would do.
Connectivity: Wifi & 5G (single sim would do)
Battery: SOT 8 hours+
Camera: Not a concern, primary camera should be sufficient for camscanner document scanning.
Fast Charge : zero full charge in 2 hour enough , 100s of Watts not required
Usage:- Whatsapp , and Microsoft Excel, PDF viewer, editor and chrome browser usage. Frequent task switching between these and PDF files. Processor or RAM should be fluid while switching apps.
May need to open camera to take photo for replying to a whatsapp notification while editing excel sheet and still not loose excel cell data that was partially typed in.
Budget: 25 to 30k

You can get a Xiaomi Pad 6 with that budget. It has Snapdragon 870 so it's quite future proof as well and has a decent 13 MP camera to suit your document scanning needs.

Thanks for replying, but I need 5G single sim .
Not particularly a tablet, a 7"+ screen phone would also do .
Galaxy Tab S9 FE looks good configuration but way out of my budget

I am using Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ for my daily tasks like Documents, Google sheets and YT ofcourse. It has a plenty of juice and smooth as well. Also lightweight on pocket too.

You can wair for BBD this year to get good deal. I got it for 26K only.

So it will be fit within your budget too.
