Budget 90k+ Best country to Import Macbook pro & how ?

So I'm looking to buy a Macbook Pro 16inch. Problem is its insanely costly in India. So wondering if I can import it or have someone carry it for me from outside India?
1) What country has the cheapest deals on Macbooks? Singapore? Dubai? Malaysia? Dubai? Where?
2) Is there any service that can import and manage the customs for a fee? *wink wink*
3) Perhaps there are sellers that do this without taking the whole margin as their fee? lol
4) Im looking at M1/M2/M3 max models. Preferably with 3 yrs warranty in grey or black.

I dont even mind sparingly used second hand models for a good price.
 
I have heard from some of my school friends who went to work in Singapore/Thailand (Reliance Job Perks) that you can pretty much get them cheaper there and bring it as luggage after ditching the bill and packaging. One of them even brought back an iPhone as he purchased it in Thailand as a daily driver phone.

Maybe someone who has traveled to these countries can clarify how this works in detail.

No, you wont get this price for M2 max even refurbished. But it will be cheaper than india. I checked the rates and there wasnt much difference in the apple website price. You'll find it discounted only in Dealer prices. But then you run into the problem that dealer skus are very few and mostly base models of each chip or minor storage upgrades like 512gb to 1tb models

And yes singapore is good, but only if youre going for something else.
 
Apple gives high discounts on student purchase, if one can give a student id.
Very recently they were discussing about changing it, so if someone need to buy Apple laptops, try earlier.

I have been tracking student discounts since last year. Its good if you have no option, but its not great. As Apple keeps increasing prices with each generation and also simultaneously gimps the budget M3 pro chips by swapping out performance cores), it seems less and less lucrative option.
