here in India, company avoid honouring warranty even in warranty period and you expect them to offer service after warranty period.If it is a panel manufacturing defect...companies should take up responsibility to replace it for free...even after warranty period...
That's what I think, because green screen/line issue is repairable on apple by 3rd party repair 90% of the time, and they only repair the screen. So it seems to be some kind of fault within the panel. There has to be some reason for this :-So I was right in suspecting that it has something to do with the panel itself?
Very true. My samsung TV stopped working. Even though it was under warranty the service guy informed that MB is burnt due to electrical fluctuations. just off topic, those so called Brand Experts are have ZERO practical knowledge, better go with local but old & reputed tech person. Because I talked to Samsung support over WhatsApp and they confirmed S21 FE was included. Moreover the service centre was aware of this and they didn't ask confirmation from support.It will be interesting to know how @bigbyte managed to get his/her Samsung S21 FE serviced for free.
