PC Peripherals Cosmicbyte wireless mouse clamps detached

Baby got hold of my wireless cosmicbyte mouse (kilonova 3335IC) and threw it. Now it appears as if hooks of 2 parts of it are have come out of their junction. I'm unable to clamp them back together by a medium amount of force and wary of adding more.
Does anyone know of cosmic byte service center details in Kolkata?
Their website link and online IVR link don't work.
Or do you guys have any other suggestions?

Considering that I'm pants at these things, I still tried.. could not completely open and close the entire unit. But it is currently somewhat at a state that the clicks are working.
 
They do reply promptly on their email address : "cc" on the company domain. Mostly within 24 hours, except if around weekend. They also try to locate the nearest service center for you on those emails : my device started working magically after sending an email to them so I didn't need the service center.

My last email interaction with them was in April 2024, so I guess they should still be responsive, it's just been 4 months.
