change hdmi cables and even swap pcie cables cant understand the issue of some one help troubleshoot it

If its only while gaming, monitor and gpu refresh rate might be causing the clash of the titans!
Try downsizing your resolution and 60hz to rule out the issue.
Sometimes while browsing or working on coding , excel too face the same problerm
Tried lowering resolution too sometimes no problerm sometimes the issue comes have to force shutdown sometimes gpu light comes on board sometimes bios

Is it possible that the PSU is not supplying enough power when GPU needs it the most?
i will try to borrow someone psu to check for that , only psu and board are left to replace now , earlier have ryzen 3600 same issue comes that my friend says it is because of the cpu limiting 3080 is causing it so i changed the cpu all i could think of myself is now over would appreciate help .

@RROHIT15 Check if there are WHEA errors in your event log. I ran into the same problem and traced it down to a RAM stick gone bad ( using HWINFO, Sensor Status, WHEA would show WHEA counts increasing until the display just went blank while the computer remained on).

@nRiTeCh @john1911 @Mr.J @jsmithe @Tracer_Bullet @universeunbound @guest_999 Thank You all for your suggestions found the problerm it was my psu , i swapped my psu that i borrowed from my friend , tested it for hours ranned cinebench , furmark heavy games , stressed out the rig as much as i can , video output didnt lost …ran smoothly now have to buy new psu as old is out of warranty.
Thanks @Mr.J your suggestions of faulty psu helped it get is resolve.

Glad to be of help. Which PSU gave you stable output? Also I'd recommend taking a look at power requirements of new GPUs like 4090 before buying new one. For future proofing.
