Health & Fitness Ergonomic Chair to work continuous more then 12 hours day (Budget 5000-7000 INR)

Do not order for chairs online or offline in HURRY, without testing it. Visit few shops and use it min.10 minutes, check for your comfort & then only buy.

I have 2-3 friends who bought after testing in hurry it at shop (offline) but still NOT AT ALL HAPPY when they use same chair/s at home for regular basis/long period.

Do not worry to pay 1000/1500 more offline if chair suits your needs.

NOTE: Few chairs are not Comfortable (as per your posture/seating habit) but are good for Back & Neck Health.

I would highly suggest increasing your budget to around ₹10k and getting an entry level WFH chair from Featherlite. Go to their local store and check the models out.

They are extremely well built, reliable and have great after sales support. Many hotels I have worked in purchase them for their back offices in general.

Will try to visit (will atleast talk on phone), nearest store is around 15 KMs

Seconding this 100%, I got their entry level Astro for 10k a couple years back and that shit is probably the most worth it purchase I have ever made in regards to QoL for WFH, and thats despite the fact that its not that comfortable to me, if you have the budget till like 25k (I know its like 3 times your original budget but trust me it'll be worth it, thats what I would buy If I had to buy my chair again), check out their Helix model, the customization levels are crazy on that (you can virtually customise anything you want) and if you do spend the time setting it up, it'll be worth it just for the ergonomics it would bring.

Also like @TheNawab said, go to their showroom and try out the other models, Liberate for me was pretty crap, Helix best and then Astro for me,

There is a strong reason for that budget.
Handle height should be adjusted to altleast 25 inch and Chair width should be adjusted to atleast 29 inch
Reason - So it can go inside desk

And if i am increasing budget to 10k, i will get best chairs but chair won't go inside my ďesk

How are used Herman millers on FB market place?
If you can score one in decent condition and price? honestly the best, I live in a tier 3 city and have never had the balls to scour the used market, but damn if I don't want a Steelcase/Herman Miller. I would stay away from their leather chairs though, specially since you'll be buying in the used market

How do you rate these ?
Several Aeron/Mirra being sold for ~15k

Can you kindly tell me how this differs from this one:

SAVYA HOME Beatle High Back Ergonomic Office Chair

I'm guessing the Featherlite Astro has superior build quality specially with regards to the headrest and cushioning?
on first glance they both look the same but the Savya one looks like it has a steel base which definitely is more durable, for more context, Featherlite only offers steel base on their most expensive series, Savya definitely is a lot more customizable than the Astro (Featherlite 10k one), in feather lite you can only adjust the height of the arm rest and lumbar support, head rest looks about the same but I'm not sure about the quality, they are selling it for 5.7k only and there definitely would be some cost cutting somewhere, I looked into mesh chairs offline before pulling the trigger on the Astro and the build quality of chairs was definitely flimsy in this range, if you have a store that stocks this brand, it'll be better if you checked out the chair before buying it.\

Tl: Dr Savvya has way better features than the Astro, and is almost half the price of Astro, but sketchy company/reviews, better to check it offline before buying
How do you rate these ?
Not all of them are Herman Millers, some are other brands but yeah those prices are really good ngl, I would buy one after making sure the physical condition checks out
