Mac Mini M1

I have the same spec Mac Mini as the OP and it is a very capable machine without any signs of slowing down with the latest updates, far far from it. I'm unsure why somebody else on this thread said Mac Mini's become slow over time. That's the first time I've heard something like that. No computer randomly becomes slow over time; either you're not maintaining your OS properly or throwing at it more than it can chew. But the idea of a Mac Mini becoming "slow" over time is just absurd.

This is Why I am not desperate to sell this. For me it performs very well for my task of video editing 4k and even 5.3k videos .

Only problem is people posting wrong information regarding the machine capability.

Anyways thanks for coming here and clearing any doubts ,if any.

Probably their opinions are based upon intel Mac Mini. The M1 Mac Mini is not comparable to those intel one's.

I have Macbook, Mac Mini, iMac and it is indeed become slower over time, also with OS updates. I have used Macs from 2015 and can confirm. Please note the use case was always light with multi browsing, coding and never rendered video on these devices.

Please compare the Mac Mini M1 and Mac Mini M2 geekbench and see. i take my words back regarding double performance but even with slight improvement, The new mac mini m2 is costing less than 50k+airpods free. this is the best you can get right now.
