I purchased a wireless keyboard from them on 27th July. On 17th August I noticed that the "8", "I" and "K" keys weren't working, I should have checked it when I received it but I was busy so I couldn't, that's on me. In any case it was covered warranty so I contacted support immediately on whatsapp. They asked for a video showing the issue, which I promptly sent. After that they asked me to send the faulty keyboard to them, which I also did on 21st August. Since then, they've been ghosting me, no updates nothing. And when I contacted from a different number, they replied. And the moment I told them my order number, they started ghosting again. What really makes me sad is that I've bought multiple things from them in the past and even had to claim warranty for a faulty moondrop spacetravel once, all of which was very smooth. So I'd been recommending their site to friends, now I feel very very let down.
They've taken my money and I don't even have a faulty broken keyboard to show for it.
TLDR: Keyboard was faulty within a month of purchase. I shipped it to them as instructed. They've been ghosting ever since.
