2.1 Speaker Suggestion Please

Hi, presently have below F&D, but act weird, some time only bass works some time all ok and some time one satellite speaker wont work.

I have very basic knowledge about speaker, so hard to select from available options in market.
Please suggest any good speakers that match with above specs or sound power, budget up to 1.5k (+/- 500)
Primarily use to connect with desktop PC and watching movie, cartoon, serials etc. at home.
External power preferred as, I read that external power speakers sounds high (loud & clear) than USB power.

The budget is excessively low. Instead of online market, rather look at local market.
There could be some decent options that are within budget.
During the Festivals, there are offers on Speakers even in local market.
