Monitors Samsung Odyssey G5 - Panel change and now color uniformity has gone bad

Hey folks,

I got my Odyssey G5 27'' 's panel changed yesterday and while its working fine, the color uniformity is ****ed according to my eyes, the left side is noticeably cooler than right, can someone confirm whether its me going crazy or that indeed is the case? and any thing I can do to prove this to Samsung or is my monitor FUBAR? the warranty is getting over in March of next year. The monitor is currently set at its coldest temperature preset (Cold 2)

P.S. there's nil backlight but its really apparent with a camera leading me to believe it just glow? tho its a VA panel there shouldnt be any issues.

See if color calibration can be done but better to escalate to samsung as you got it changed off-late
there's no option to do color-calibration aside from usual changing of RGB values, I did try taking some pics of it, but I couldnt capture it on camera and thats whats causing issues since I cant prove to samsung conclusively that there is some color issue

And its really ugly too, for e.g. I am browsing this thread and the top-left corner of the display looks normal, and the rest of the display just has this warmish yellow tinge which is making me puke, I cant even use vscode with a dark theme, the tinge is so noticeable to me.

I did contact the service guy who replaced my panel, and he's more into covering his ass than actually fixing my issue, he's like let's escalate this after a month and please close the new service request. I dont really know what to do since in the end, I need his approval for a new display change

Dont listen to him...dont close the new service request...you dont require his approval for anything...you are a customer and you have rights...start escalating the issue through email communication...use youtube videos for screen testing...they show u plain colors to check dead pixels and color imbalance...shoot the video while performing the test and attach it in email communication

thanks, I tried those screen check videos which show RGB colors for testing, but issue is, in a plain solid color screen the issue is not so visible and in camera its just plain single color, and the tinge is like a change in color temperature, not a yellow shade if that makes sense, which is making it harder to capture on camera, or my camera just plain sucks.

I'll try to escalate this to samsung's chain after Diwali if this is not fixed.
