Currently it prints well in High Quality mode, If normal mode is selected than there are some missing lines.
Hey unrelated to sale, i have Epson printer too and mine does something similar prints well only if I select glossy paper mode (i still put normal paper in it) and messes up bad when I'm printing normally, does anyone have any idea about it?

Some of your nozzles are blocked, do a nozzle check pattern print from the printer settings and it will confirm that. In the high quality/glossy mode each line gets ink from multiple nozzles so you don't get blank lines.

I had a similar issue with my Canon tank printer that I didn't use for over 3 months. Higher quality printing didn't help.

Deep print head cleaning helped a bit but eventually a full ink flush solved the issue. However, ink flush does consume quite some ink.

i have Epson printer too
my bad, its canon printer, not epson, its canon g3010 but problem still remains,

I tried cleaning, deep cleaning multiple times, tried ink flush too, no solution, also tried both automatic and manual print head alignment, still this is how its printing in normal mode, only works well when I put high quality mode or glossy paper mode.

any help would be much appreciated!

If you have been using your printer for a long while ? Or has it been sitting unused for a while ?

If multiple print head cleans didn't help, then the matter is serious.
Ink tank printer, only repair method is print head replacement. Which will hurt your pockets.

Alternatively you can try opening out the head and clean the print nozzle with cotton swabs and mild hot water. This might help clean the stuck Ink on the nozzle, but can't assure.
This happened on my Inkjet printer, this method sometimes worked, rest of the time I got new cartridges.

If it's usable, use it, else give it a diy repair shot. You've got nothing to lose. Anyways you will change the print head, so why not to try it yourself.

This problem in unrelated to print head. When the carriage goes from left to right and comes from right to left there is positioning error. See crooked lines or double imprints.
This is due to Carriage Scale being improperly decoded and absolute head position is not determined by printer properly.
If there's dust or ink particles accumulation of carriage scale, just wipe it with plain water soaked tissue paper. Is problem persists, you need to replace the carriage scale.

Then maybe it is only related to the gears and the belts that are responsible for moving the print head around.
If you can, try opening it up, checking if there are any dirt build-ups on the gear cogs, or any small particle of anything, get it cleaned up, and also apply a little bit of lube.

Yup I tried cleaning the print head manually, it didn't help, but since it is still working in photo/high quality mode I didn't wanna replace the head yet.

I don't think I can change the Carriage Scale by myself, so will try cleaning it up, Thanks!
