I want to place an order for 8mm encoders. Preferably ybr TTC gold but I can't seem to find them anywhere. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can acquire them?
 
Get it sourced from outside. I got 15mm from the states. Or U can join the discord servers like IMKYC and ask someone there for help or anyone who has a spare or can source it.

I have used @HonestLiar mouse repair service and let me mention, he is really good at it. He charges a little high, but his service is totally worth it. He is actually very good at desoldering stuff which is where most people face issues.
